Pink Cocaine

June 21st, 2023 – Halifax, NS

We have received a report from a community organization today in the North End of Halifax, NS regarding pink cocaine. Two individuals both used the substance and immediately knew it was "not cocaine". Drug effect was explained as an "out of body experience", They felt a loss of time/time lapse, did not know what was happening or where they were, requested water on neck to cool down body temperature. Effects lasted approximately 10 minutes.
