Crack cocaine in Windsor, NS was found to be contaminated with fentanyl from Sept. 20th to Oct. 5th, 2021 but could be ongoing. Please do not use alone, start with a very small test dose first, have Naloxone on hand and use fentanyl testing strips before consumption of any illicit substance.
